Who we are

Qwikflo builds AI agents and automated workflows for small businesses. It is based in Sydney, Australia, and this site is run by Zac, the founder. For anything in this policy, email hello@qwikflo.com.

What we collect, and when

• The scorecard. If you take the free AI readiness scorecard, we collect your answers (team size, industry, the task you chose, rough volumes) plus your first name and email address when you choose to see the full result.
• Booking a call. If you book a workflow audit, the booking runs through Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and the time you pick under its own privacy policy.
• Email. If you email us or reply to a scorecard summary, we keep the correspondence.
• Analytics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits and clicks in aggregate. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. If Microsoft Clarity is enabled, it may also record page interactions such as clicks, scrolling and session replays so we can improve the site experience. We do not use analytics tools to identify you personally.

What we use it for

• Sending you the scorecard result you asked for, and a summary email if you request one.
• Preparing for a workflow audit you book, so the call starts from your numbers instead of from zero.
• Replying when you contact us.
• Understanding which pages and examples are useful, in aggregate.

If we ever start a newsletter or send anything beyond what you asked for, it will be opt-in, and every email will have a working unsubscribe.

Where it lives

Scorecard responses are stored in our own systems: an Airtable base and an automation workflow we run ourselves. Summary emails go out through Amazon SES, in AWS's Sydney region. Bookings live in Cal.com. The website is hosted on Vercel.

What we never do

• We never sell your information, to anyone.
• We never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never sign you up to anything you did not ask for.

Your choices

Email hello@qwikflo.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion requests are actioned within 14 days.

Client data is different

If you become a client, the systems we build run in your own accounts, under your own logins. We only connect the tools a task actually needs, and what an agent is allowed to touch is visible to you. That arrangement is covered by our work together, and it is a core part of how we build.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly expand what we do with your data.
